Learning Disabilities
We provide personalised social support for adults with learning disabilities, with a focus on choice, independence and enjoying life in the community. From activities and days out to hobbies and social groups, we help people pursue their interests, meet others and build confidence. Support is shaped around the individual, giving you choice over how you spend your time and the activities you’d like to enjoy.
Older People & Companionship
Friendly companionship can make a real difference to everyday life. We support older people who may feel isolated or would simply enjoy some company while getting out and about. This could include visiting cafés, attending community activities, enjoying days out or pursuing hobbies and interests. You remain in control, choosing what you’d like to do and how you’d like to spend your time.
Social Chaperone Service
We provide support with getting to and taking part in social activities, helping you stay connected with friends, meet new people and enjoy the places and events that interest you. Support can be tailored to the level of social interaction you’re comfortable with, helping make activities enjoyable, accessible and meaningful.

Regular Social Activities & Days Out
Independent Days Out
Choose how you’d like to spend your day. Whether it’s shopping, eating out, walking in the park, visiting the beach or somewhere completely different, we’ll support you to enjoy the activities and places that interest you. Our independent days out are flexible and centred around your choices.
Games Day
From kicking a ball around and playing pool to mini golf and other games, there’s always something to try. You don’t need any previous experience — it’s about having fun, discovering new interests and enjoying activities at your own pace.
Ten Pin Bowling
Bowling is a great opportunity to have fun, socialise and try something different. We encourage everyone to take part at their own pace and can provide support where needed, including the use of bowling aids to make the activity more accessible.
Disco
Our disco nights are all about music, fun and spending time with others. Join in with the dancing, enjoy the music or simply socialise with the group — the choice is yours. We provide friendly support throughout the evening so everyone can enjoy the night in the way that suits them.
